The Archaeological Trail is approximately 4 km long across open countryside and will take about 11⁄2 to 2 hours. It follows a flat track from the car park, along the shores of Llyn Brenig, before passing Hafoty Siôn Llwyd and rising up along a rough track to reach the open countryside above the lake. This area is exposed, so please ensure you have appropriate footwear and clothing for changes in the weather.
