Moorland Damage

Staff from Denbighshire Countryside Service have criticised a group of individuals who caused damage to moorland above the Dee Valley by recklessly driving 4x4 vehicles there without permission.
Dormouse autumn surveys

It’s that time of year again, the leaves are falling, the temperature’s dropping and the dormice surveys are being done. This sleepy male dormouse was found in woodland near Clocaenog this autumn. He is one of several dormice making good use of the nest boxes put up as part of the North Wales Dormouse Project.
